Coaching is a collaborative process focused on helping individuals clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and achieve personal or professional development through supportive guidance and accountability. It is not therapy, which addresses mental health issues, nor counseling, which provides support for specific life challenges. Coaching also differs from consulting, which offers expert advice and solutions in a particular domain. While coaching emphasizes forward-focused action and empowerment, it does not delve into past experiences for healing like therapy or provide specialized knowledge like consulting.

Crossroads Coaching is a specialized form of coaching focused on helping individuals navigate significant life changes and transitions. It provides personalized guidance and support to clients as they transition from one life stage or situation to another. Crossroads coaches may assist clients in clarifying their goals, identifying obstacles, and developing strategies to overcome challenges. Through a combination of coaching techniques, goal setting, and skill development, Crossroads coaching empowers clients to embrace change with confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose. Ultimately, the goal of transition coaching is to facilitate personal growth, empowerment, and a smooth transition into a new phase of life.

Clients engage in one-on-one coaching sessions to explore their goals, challenges, and aspirations related to the transition. Through these sessions, clients gain clarity about their objectives, identify obstacles, and develop actionable strategies to overcome them. The coach provides accountability, encouragement, and feedback to help clients stay focused and motivated as they work towards their goals. By incorporating techniques such as visualization and mindfulness, Crossroads coaching empowers individuals to navigate transitions with confidence, resilience, and a sense of direction, leading to a smoother and more successful transition experience.

Individuals who are undergoing significant life changes or transitions and seek guidance, support, and empowerment during this period of transformation. This may include professionals transitioning to new careers, individuals navigating personal life changes such as divorce or relocation, retirees embarking on a new chapter, or anyone facing uncertainty or challenges in their life journey. Crossroads coaching is suited for those who are motivated to grow, adapt, and thrive during transitions, and who recognize the value of personalized support and accountability in achieving their goals. Whether facing career shifts, relationship changes, or personal growth journeys, a Crossroads coach can provide the tools, strategies, and encouragement needed to navigate transitions with confidence and resilience, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and successful transition experience.

Clients enrolled in my coaching package have access to support between sessions via text messages, emails, and occasional check-in phone calls. I typically respond to client inquiries within 2 – 4 business hours. Additionally, clients may opt for regularly scheduled check-ins or accountability messages to complement our standard coaching sessions. Depending on my availability, these can be arranged in advance as part of our agreement, subject to an additional fee.

Please allocate approximately 60-75 minutes for each coaching session. Session durations may vary slightly based on the topics and discussions that arise during our sessions.

We hold our sessions via Zoom, providing a convenient and comfortable platform for virtual meetings and sessions in the comfort of your own space.

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and completed Life Coach Training with iNLP Center.

You have the option to end our coaching engagement at any time. Although providing a week’s notice is helpful for preparing a final session centered on review and closure, the decision ultimately lies with you.

Once we’ve agreed to work together, I’ll promptly send you an invoice. Your initial payment for the first month is expected within five working days of confirming our collaboration, with subsequent payments due on the first day of each month thereafter. You have the option to pay for the Coaching Package in full or through a monthly payment plan. Payments can be made conveniently via Credit Card, Venmo, Stripe or PayPal.
