Reiki

What is Reiki?

“Reiki” pronounced (ray-key), is a very specific form of energy healing. The word comes from the Japanese words “rei” (spiritual or universal wisdom) and “ki” (life energy).

There is nothing we have to do to receive Reiki. Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere and at any time.

The origins of Reiki have been traced back to ancient Tibet, ten thousand years ago. Reiki was rediscovered in the mid 1800’s by Dr. Mikao Usui, a Japanese doctor.
